Seeing is Believing
how visual subliminals work
There are 2 types of visual subliminals and both have been researched and proven effective.
Subliminal visual cues are words, pictures or symbols that are unidentifiable to your conscious awareness. Subliminal stimuli happens so quickly that it is literally “below the threshold” of your conscious mind.
Visual stimuli that is flashed for just a few milliseconds can be absorbed at a subconscious level before your conscious mind has time to interpret the incoming visual stimuli.
Visual cues known as Creative Visual Subliminals, may also be hidden in plain sight which are not detected by the concious mind but seen and received by the subconcious.
This may be acheived by either placing cues in areas or patterns that only the subconicious can decipher or by utilizing text art as a message. Even though the concious mind can see the message it looks at it more as a visual art than a written message. The subconcious will strip away the art facade and recognize the art text as a message.
However for subliminal messages to influence behavior, people must already want to do that behavior or be inclined to want improvement in the area which the subliminals are targeting.
Subliminal messages cannot completely control your behavior but they can guide your decision.
